hi guys

sorry for the noob question, i see these terms pop up all the time, i think ST means seagull? but no idea what TW means. im sure this is an easy question for some of you veterans out there, please help!!

Yup if you are referring to movements - by ST people mean the Seagull ST255.

Not sure where you have seen TW though? Maybe Taiwan?

i signed up for trevor watch's newsletter and most of the models have TW at the end, e.g pam 508 v6f st tw or ap 15703 noob TW. maybe it just stands for trevor watch? ill make sure to ask when i send him an email haha

ST or TY is a movement code used by Seagull, ST used by Seagull Tianjin while TY used by Seagull Hongkong... CMIIW

I don't know what TW stands for.

Or, When referring to case parts st=startime, a wholesale watch supplier. Tw = a maker of a certain vintage of dial and hands used in older submariner reps.
