Looks to be a PAM312.

It is a PAM 312
Fitted with a cheap asian movement wrongly decorated and coloured. with wrong date window and font, recessed CP, most likely crystal w/o AR and mineral, caseback w/o series engraving...etc..
The watch is beautiful and looking good. If it is new this is a market price a very little high.
Bear in mind that nowadays you have from ASIAN7750 a crazy sale of almost the same watch PAM 320 (like a PAM 312 with GMT) for less 60$.
