Rolex never tells us squat! A picture of the front of the dial would help but you already know the T<25 dials were up until around 1999, SWISS was only for about one year and SWISS MADE was after that. I'm assuming this is a Swiss Made dial so that would be 2001-2010 say. But it could be later since the SL dials are being used as service dials for 16800s, 168000s and early 16610s.
I actually read that article as well haha. I called a Rolex service center and the guy told me that Rolex makes new service replacement dials for the older 16610. I'm thinking this is a replacement dial that wound up on eBay that I bought. That meant a it is an authentic Rolex 16610 dial, but a new replacement and not from an original build.This article provides some information on those numbers. It looks like before 2020, the numbers were just part numbers of sorts, but more recently, they started putting serial numbers on newly released watches, but not all of them. It's kind of confusing. And I'm not sure 16610 dials had than intricate of an engraving on the back of them, but I could be wrong.
