And is one case thicker than the other or not ?
I see the 45 is about 14mm thick. Same with 42 ?
Do these wear large or small ? I strongly prefer 44mm cases. What should I choose??
Thanks in advance!

I think 42mm is better proportioned....I remember trying both and on my 7.5inch wrist I liked the 42mm more than the bigger brother.

I've had a few and have 6.5" wrists and like the 45 better, the 42 just seems real small.

Set up a poll?

I have the 42 and it is perfect on my 7" wrist.

A number of folks have found, after buying one, that the 45 mm wears quite large.

The 42MM PO does wear small, it wears more like a 40MM Sub. 45MM is good.

The "pearl" is the round luminescent marker on the bezel, intended to mark 12 or the start of a timing sequence. As I understand it, anyway.

I assume the 44mm means Panerai. The 2 watches I wear the most are Panerai (104N) and my Franken UPO. The PO wears a tad smaller than the Panerai. I went from UPO to Panerai and the Panerai feels bigger than the UPO.
