What are the best 40mm Panerai reps?

I couldn't find much information about 40mm Panerai reps. Could someone share which ones are the best? It's also hard to shop around as most dealers don't list by watch size.

I recently purchased a 41mm Tag Heuer, and I have the feeling that's as big of a watch I can wear. My wrist size is 6.5".

I believe the PAM 0048 is 40mm, although I don't have a clue about the quality or price of the rep, let me know if you find out! (same size wrist haha)

But your last line says it all... There's no very good PAM 40mm reps out there.

I'm getting information from a dealer that they don't even have in stock. I wonder why they don't make more of those? Not too many people interested, I guess...

44mm PAMs wear fairly small already. I have a 6.25" wrist and it fits me fine...

I had a chance to try one on recently (see picture). Honestly, I don't even know if this one is 40mm or 44mm. The glass measures 35mm and the outer ring around measures something like 42mm.
I feel that's kind of big for me. What do you guys think? "light94" I wonder what yours look like on your wrist.
