Western Union issue

Attempted to purchase a watch at watch outlet, went on my wu page signed in. They changed the website layout and it wasn't working. Tried 2 different browsers. No go. Anyone have issues on this??

There are periods of time WU doesn't work. I have been more successful with the WU iPhone app but still have occasional problems. Calling WU is useless

Go down the road to a WU agent and do it that way. Lot better chance of your payment going thru then as well. On line payments have a much higher chance of being stopped as "suspicious".

I use them on a monthly basis online to send $$$ to another country, never had a problem until now with the new website. It goes to the bank info, I click and nothing happens. acts like a dead link. Of course, I left a message with WU, and oh yeah, I've tried calling them before as well, like tkingjr said, useless. Anyways, thanks for the input.
