So I'm in Paris on holiday and had an opportunity to stop in to one of my favorite strap makers.

Very interesting. Here is the press and the dies used to cut the straps out.

Lots of tiny skin remnants. You could look here for hours.

Whole skins too.

No doubt real gator.

Worth a visit when you're in Paris.
