Twice you told the buyer you would drop the package in the mail but you did not. You claimed serious family issues for not being able to do so.
The buyer filed a HDT and last Thursday (11.07), we started a 3-way conversation to address the issue and find an amicable solution. Despite being online at least twice since, you decided to ghost the conversation exactly as you have ghosted the buyer.

If your claims of family problems are true, I'm sorry and I have all the comprehension for it (although to be very honest it's hard to believe you have the time to log into RWI and not answer a simple question).
However, you've been online multiple times since and the time you spent logging in you could have used to refund the buyer.

And this is my message to you: refund the buyer immediately.

He is quite well aware of his actions and full of shit trying to use family issues as an excuse.
I find it sickening when people use children, especially trying to make out they are seriously ill, as an excuse for this type of behaviour. He claims to have had to fly to the US with his sick child as a reason for not shipping but promised to send when he contacted me a week later but didn’t follow this through yet was still logging in to RWI in the same period and still logging in since.
Im afraid I cannot believe any of his bullshit.
