**Booking and Shipping Procedures:**

**Clone Movements:**
Manage expectations for clone movements as they may not match Swiss standards in reliability.
**Full Movement Services:**
Includes disassembly, microscopic inspection, 3-stage cleaning, lubrication, and regulation using Swiss industry standard oils and techniques.
**Services Offered:**
1. **Initial Diagnosis:** £18
- Payable if a quote is declined; waived if further works are agreed upon.
2. **Pressure Testing/Waterproofing:** £55
- Silicone grease applied, tested to 6ATM (60 meters).
3. **Glass Replacement/Realignment:** £55 (Excludes new glass cost)
4. **Full Case and Bracelet Polish/Rebrush:** £65
5. **Bezel Works:** £45 (£55 for diver bezels with moving parts)
6. **Dial Repairs/Hand Realignment:** £75 (Excludes new hands or dial cost)
7. **Automatic Works:** £65 (Parts not included)
8. **Movement Exchange:** £75 (Excludes new movement cost)
9. **Regulation:** £45
- Attempt to regulate within +/-10 seconds a day and beat error check.
10. **Under the Dial (Keyless, Date, etc.):**

**General Terms and Conditions:**
1. Prices subject to change.
2. No quotes before shipping.
3. PayPal F&F or BACs for payments.
4. Regulation within +/- 10 seconds per day.
5. Date switching within +/- 10 minutes of midnight.
6. Swiss Moebius oils and greases used.
7. Spare parts kept unless requested.
8. Detailed pictures for updates.
9. Response time 24-48 hours.
10. Agreement to post pictures online unless specified.
11. Gaskets greased with Moebius; water-tightness not guaranteed.
**Warranty:**
1. six-month warranty on work.
2. Doesn't cover non-serviced parts.
3. Covers labor costs only.
4. Deviations in regulation not covered.
5. Warranty void if tampering is found.
6. Customer covers shipping for warranty claims.
7. Parcel issues not covered; customer can opt for additional insurance through postal company, I do not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or seized parcels. If watch damaged during shipping I’ll repair and customer can claim back money from the postal company.
