Weird discoloration on the crystal

Today weird discoloration appeared on the crystal of my pam390 SF.
I’m not sure if it’s from hard water or ketchup that got on the crystal.
Is there any way to clear it. I already tried alcohol, hot water and dish detergent. It sort of disappear when crystal is wet.

looks like the AR coating didn't apply correctly.

Ok, I was able to clean it with toothpaste. It’s weird because, alcohol, dishwasher and vinegar didn’t remove it.
I think it was acid from ketchup that cause this discoloration.
