Hello. I would like to say that the service is excellent! I placed an order yesterday via Paypal but I was short on funds and I had to request a refund and they did it immediately!!!

Hopefully Paypal returns as an option because I tried to place the order again (Cartier Ballon Bleu 42mm) but it's not longer available??

If they refunded immediately, that’s respectable. That is in contrast to a famous designer site I placed an order on, and made an oversight. They wouldn’t budge about refunding me at first, I had to plea my case over the phone and by email. Luckily, they finally did refund me, hours later but it was a little frustrating

good on puretime for not fussing and refunding so quickly. This major company can learn from you!
