Some of them are, but you never know if not tested, if you don't care much about the watch go ahead and drop it underwater, it might get ruined though.
My cheap 111 had no problems going underwater, but I won't dare to try with some of my expensive reps, Better safe than sorry, get it waterproofed and tested.

Due to the lack of quality Control in a replica you cannot assure the waterproofing feature.
A good replica likely will be waterproof but you will not be able to assure it.
In order to know about this feature you would need a waterproofing test.
That's for all replicas not only PAMs.

I proofed a H-maker without problems. I greased the crown gasket and the Cb o-ring. I've used it during the summer swimming in the sea...
Who offers this service ALE? I bet it's not cheap lol
Like $30-50 bucks to waterproof & test from any modder.

Due to a typing mistake I wrote "waterproofingature" instead of waterproofing feature
