Water resistance in Radiomir cases?

Hello esteemed watch community!
I am planning to pull the trigger on my first Radiomir. I am still choosing between 380, 388 or 504, although 47 mm could be too big for my wrist, but then again i have never worn a Radiomir, an who knows, perhaps it could even fit? Guess I will have to choose between 380 and 388 after all.
However, I am concerned about the water resistence of reps. I know there has been a lot of talk about this subject, but maybe there are some news in this direction, that I am not aware of. We see a lot of new reps lately, with some new cases and maybe they are more water resistant than the old ones.
Of course I am not going to dive or swim with a Rad, but still I would be glad to know that my watch holds up to 3ATM or even better 5 ATM.
Has anyone of you tested your Radiomirs on water resistance? Do some of you swim or even dive with them?
Some TD explain that the watches are water resistant at "20 meters", "30 meters" or "50 meters". I am not sure what they are meaning by that, because like we all know, 3 ATM does not mean 30 meters.

My 299 and 005 both have been tested to 5ATM. But then again these are Luminors...

Thx in advance for your time and answers.

They are no different than any other watch. If the crystal is well sealed and the case back and crown tube are lubricated and have the correct o-rings, then it will be water proof. The ONLY way to know for sure is to have it tested.

To say is this or that rep water proof is meaningless.

And to roughly calculate, 1 atmosphere is 14.6 pounds of pressure. The pressure increases about one atmosphere for every 10 meters of water depth. I test mine to 5 atm and swim with them regularly.
