I sent my KW V1 Bronzo in for a movement rebuild after I dropped it and the watch smith broke off a CG screw head. Kinda my fault as I used blue Loctite (Should of used purple). By the way the pointed tip of a soldering iron will melt Loctite and allow you to unscrew things, Of course the heat could damage seals and any other plastic but from what I hear you only need a little heat. Anyway this watch smith did not have the ability to remove the screw and replace it so I need a watch smith who can drill out this stud and replace it. The CG is still very secure with one screw and the stud sticking into the cg from what I can tell. Sead was kind enough to send me for free some KW stainless CG screws but if anyone has any they think are stronger SS I would appreciate the reference on where to get them.

But more than anything I need a watch smith that can drill out the broken screw. Your input is appreciated.

Thrasher, some part of the screw is still out the case?
Could you heat the screw with the soldering iron and then remove the screw with little pliers?
If the screw is completely inside the case the solution could be much more complicated

I have made that but for bigger screws.
You have to drill a small hole in the body of the screw and then introduce a special little conic screw, threaded counter clockwise, in the hole, then you have to turn the conic screw counter clockwise and remove the broken screw.

And there is the problem I'm not sure, Chris said it was sticking into the CG but I cant tell, I just now looked and it looks deep, right now I'm doing the platinum mod on my sub c and dssd so the work bench is full. Probably after those two are done I will try heating up the screw on the closed lever side and taking it out if I can do that and the stud is sticking out I can probably heat it and get it out other wise???? If they made a drill bit that digs in in reverse it could be a possibility or a real small easy out... My OCD makes me think about these things!!!!!
