Li shipped my watch out on Sept 17th. It was released by customs in NYC on Oct 6th. Normally, items from NYC only take about 3 days to get to me. It’s now been nearly a month! Could something be wrong? What happens if the watch is lost? I’m assuming no replacement or refunds?

I might explained to you somewhere else that the forwarder in US has met some heavy to hand over these packages shipped in September to USPS lately.
But I think they have sorted out this already.
