hello watchfriends,
has someone here had dealings with ddesj74 ?
I traded a Pam 187 with him for a Daytona . he is in Canada I have not recieved my Daytona yet 3 weeks have passed .
is there any way to track a package or get it from customs , if that is the problem.
he claims to have not recieved the Pam 187 I sent. any help will be greatly appreciated.

How did you send it?

My in laws live in Canada and I send things all the time and never have a prob... I send USPS and Fed Ex.

You can track it.. if you sent it in a way you can..

Yep, this guy ddesj74, Denis Desjardins, did the same thing to me. Was going to trade me a nice sub rep for my Panerai with Bob strap. He claimed to have sent his and I never got it, he finally admitted to have recieved mine only after I made up a bullshit story about having mine tracked and showing it was delivered.
After about 4-5 weeks he finally offered to send me a stainless Daytona after I complained a little on another board. It was a POS $50 daytona. I sent him $200+ worth of watch/strap/buckle and all I got 2 montsh later was a bunch of apologetic e-mails and a crappy watch.
He also claimed to have sent me a second package with some links which I never recieved either.
I guess this is now a pattern with him and ANYONE should think twice about dealing with him.
I have been shipping parts all over North America for almost 10 years now and never had a problem until this guy, I guess he is a scammer, no way did this happen to him twice by accident.

I just re-read my post and it comes off sounding a little harsh, but I guess its entirely possible that his package to me was held up and confiscated at customs, and I guess its entirely possible that the seperate package with some links was also held up and confiscated buy customs, and I guess its possible that the same thing happened to you on this deal, but thats just way too many coincedences.
Maybe anyone doing anything to him should only do it if he provides a tracking number and doesn't just send by regular post???

Please look at my response in the rolex forums, I even posted pics from the post office. As for you sqeaker, I felt bad for you, as you told me you had no other watch to wear and I sent you another one, sure it was a cheap daytona, but I never heard back from you to even say you received it or to say thank you.

Yeah, I actually got the daytona 5 days after you shipped it, I guess whoever is taking your watches at the local post office doesn't like chronographs
