Hello Puretime, I just recently purchased 2 watches, rolex yatchmaster and cartier ballon bleu. The rolex works perfectly fine, keeping time and everything but the cartier stop working after 5 days. This is very embarrassing because I had to convince my wife so much that this is the best rep NWBIG (she is always against buying rep). My wife wears that watch the whole day, only take it off at night, then in the next day, it was a few hours late, I told her maybe it wasn’t winded enough. Next day, it happened again, I tried to convine myself give it time to see what going on and today it just stop working. So puretime staff, please let me know what do I have to do?

I'm going to make some assumptions, it's an automatic movement, and it was fully wound at the end of the day? Remember if she's not overly active she won't create enough motion to wind The Watch. I'd recommend turn the crown at least 30 to 40 times before you go to sleep one night and see if it's still running in the morning. If it is then the movement is not being charged fully at that point you need to determine whether it's not being charged because of lack of motion or something's wrong with the auto wind. Well of course it's always possible to get a watch that has a mechanical defect, more often than not these types of issues are usually due to inadequate charging throughout the day.
Yes I did the 30-40 winds and she is very active not a sit in the office person. The watch is completely stopped now...
I am sorry the watch is not working properly as it should. Please check with a watchsmith .maybe it just needs an easy fix.

puretime I order a adjust 41 in April and stopped working about a month ago on and off. Somedays it would work and others not. Basically the second hands move but the hands do not. Is there anyway to get this fixed or send replacement I think it’s still under warranty. Please let me know!!
