Ziggy would have been your guy, form what i know he was an east coaster. I dont think he takes work from people who hasnt done work for. He is well known on RWG, maybe you can find him there. I know for a while he wasnt returning PMs to none referred customers.

Think you should be fine with sending to the watch smiths across the border. send them a pm
