After numerous emails without reply from Li and Lana / Jtime, I decided to share my experience here.
If I get to retrieve my watch, this will be awesome, if not, at least I hope my share would be informative for the community.
Jtime agreed to repair a watch. I sent back to Jtime an PPF v2 5712 for repair back in June 2023. This was because the watch I received from them had some issues I suspect most of PPF v2 5712 watches have: loose minute hand (under small shakes, the hand advances), paint imperfections on the dial and moon disc, faulty thread on the caseback/case. These are hard, if not impossible, to find during the QC phase. If for the case back and the hands I think Jtime must support the cost of the replacement/repair, for the dial and moon disc, I was ready to pay for their replacement.
Jtime received the watch and did come back to me twice with QC after alleged repairs. JTime focused on repairing the hands, or at least this was what the QC was about. Unfortunately both QC showed that the problem had not been resolved.
Last time I heard from Li was back in December 2023. I have had followed back numerous times since, but no response… Hopefully the post will get the attention my emails have never receive.
