Watch ordered on June 16th - Still do not have it!

Order placed on 6/16.
Tracking number received on 7/15.
Tracking number shows a label was created but it never went active.
Contacted Andrew on 8/15, says he will check but does not reply.
Contacted Andrew again on the 8/19, says he will check again.
Andrew replies on 8/20 and says he will arrange another watch since the first one appears to be lost.
New QC pics are sent on 8/29.
I reply with a question on the pics - dust versus scratch.
Andrew replies it is dust.
Before I can confirm the new watch he send another tracking number for the first watch, says there was a mix up.
When the new number is tracked it shows the last update is on 8/31, status is "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item".
Basically I am at the same place I was 55 days ago, waiting for tracking to show progress.

This is the longest I have ever waited for a watch from TD. During this time I ordered and received multiple parts orders from China, HK and Singapore as well as bought and received a gen watch from Europe.

At this point I am starting to question whether the shipping agent in the US has actually processed anything, it is approaching the 90 day mark and nothing has arrived or even been scanned by USPS.

That seems like a pretty bad experience. Hopefully you resolve this problem as soon as possible. Keep us updated please.

Mine came in on time. Ordered 2 watches. It also can be a location of the buyer. Some countries are an easy ship and others can be hard.

I am in the US. The watch arrived on the 17th, the package had not been relabeled and the only shipping info on it was when it had been shipped on 8/31.

I understand that in the rep game things happen but Andrew needs to improve his followup when something goes wrong. If something happened and they couldn't ship it out initially for some reason own up to it and offer some alternatives.

In the event of a problem or a delay, the TD must inform the buyer and find with him a reasonable solution. If these conditions are respected, they should't have any more post or dispute of this type.

This only applies on legal goods. When you deal with illegal goods anything a TD does above just shipping is great. People forget this is illegal and can be arrested for. They can go back to you order a watch and hope what you ordered comes in at all. No matter how much you believe it should be they do as much and more as they can. You are ordering an illegal item from China from a person you never met in person. There is risks. The TD can only do so much. They actually go beyond. Like Photos of a watch allowing you to decline, then if an item gets taken away by customs they will usually send a new one. This is something in an illegal department doesnt do, because no company will insure that product. Always remember that.
