I've been dealing with Dealer Clocks for a few months. Initially I bought a Yacht Master and a Breitling (over $800 in total) and everything went well. Watch quality was good and communications were quick.
After that I asked if they could service and fix an old rep Hublot BB that I had. They said yes and said it would not take more than a few weeks. I sent the watch to them back in January. Initial discussions via email and whatsapp went fine but i never managed to get a price for the job. They kept saying they were having issues locating the bezel which, in the end, I said not to replace and just give me a price for servicing the watch. That was over a month ago.
Since then, no replies to any email or regular whatsapp message. Total silence.
Starting to get very annoyed and disappointed, especially since there isn't really anything I can do...

So conclusion is: Be careful with this vendor. I would strongly suggest to go look elsewhere.

Hi Nick,

Your watch is presently still with the watchsmith, we are following up with him but it is difficult to get updates all the time from him as he is swamped with work and he doesn't reply promptly as he is a one man operation. Rest assured once we have an update and the servicing on your watch is done we will reach out to you on email. Thank you for your patience!
