WANTED: The best NATO strap

Just purchased this one for my wife head only:

Next mission is to find the best NATO strap maker availabe working with several materials.

Any experience advice (pics) are warmly welcome.

maritec gets great reviews. i'm sure you know that that is a rather large watch for a woman. on a 24mm nato it's going to look big. if thats what you're after more power to you. i would defer to someone else as to where to source a maritec. good luck

This watch is a 40mm one the max size she can tolerate. Strap size is 22 mm.

Any contact to maritec?

i have never dealt with these guys. but they advertise the full line. my bad i thought it was a 44mm with a 24mm lug.

I'd hesitate to but that watch on a conventional nylon strap, but it's her wrist.

A word of caution, however. Due to the 7750 movement the PAM048 is quite thick. Adding a NATO strap to it will only make it wear higher off the wrist, especially a leather one, as the strap runs betweeen the caseback and her wrist. Why not a normal leather strap? Or a two-piece NATO style strap (sold at WestCoast, linked above).
