Nobody can give you that information except the TDs themselves. It like asking someone on the street "Which grocery store carries the Cheetos Twisted (a discontinued product of Cheetos)?". They wouldn't be able to answer you unless they just came from one and they actually saw the Cheetos Twisted on the store shelves. It's the same situation with old/discontinued reps like the Arktos. Actually, it generally applies to all reps from all dealers. The only way to know availability is to ask them directly one by one. It's a tedious process, but it's way more accurate than asking anybody else, even the forum admins (kinda like asking the mayor the same Cheetos question). But when you find one, you better be quick, as they can go out just as quickly. Good luck.
