For that price I'd get the vsf312. But try the sales forum. Just be sure to read the instructions or your post will get nuked

I am seriously thinking resell it the Kw 359 back to my TD and obtained vsf 312 along with my submariner and also mark 17 for sure

As I mentioned on my previous response, go for the vsf 312. Movement is closer to gen. I went for a 1312 from zf as they got the back correct as well, to go with the vsf 441.
Either way whatever you choose you can't go wrong all are very nice time pieces.
