Hey folks I'm looking at getting a GMT Seamaster. Have not decided whether to go ETA or Asian.
Anyway can you'll recommend a good dealer to buy from?

Thanks JB

Depends on the exact model you want black, blue, white?

Pretty much any of the dealers will offer this, but I would take a look at PT, Trusty and Joshua

ETA

I think I'm going with the ETA, hate to spend the extra money but I think it will last longer and hopefully have better resell/trade value. Maybe not heck I don't have a clue.

Wondering on the dark side

I wouldn't think about the resale on a rep, unless you are here they have none.

If you want a blue SMP GMT, I would look at the dealer section for Trusty and Jos.

ETAs make better trades

Do you think the ETA's make for better trades?
I seem to get tired of some watches and then start looking for someone tired of one of theirs.

I think it is probably easier to do a trade or a sale with a swiss movement sure.

I would not base my buying choices on it though.

Then again, I don't really trade or sell my reps.

Just keep in mind that selling a rep, even one, in the US is a crime and get you in trouble.
