I just finished up my 4th Waltham build using a Pam style case. Here are brother and sister side by side. The dial, hands and movement are approximately 112 years old. Fun building a watch using parts that have such history. I only use movements that have already been decased or are in a case that is damaged beyond repair. I believe I'm giving them a new lease on life so to speak. Hope you enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful Jeff! I'm tempted to stalk ebay for these movements. Inspiring!

Hey Sub, any chance of you making a tutorial for us on how to put these together? I know i'd love to see the method behind it!

Lol...that's what my wife said. I thought the black, white and red would compliment the colors of the dial. I have a black and white, which will probably make its way onto the stainless watch.

Very nice work jeff. The polished cases lend their look to the classic dials. And I agree with Ale and your wife on the strap change.

These are amazing builds. Any chance you'll be trying it with other movements and dials also?

Yes, I'm always looking for other movements and dials to use. I have ideas about hamilton 917 /921, cortebert and molnija. I believe there are also some other waltham movements that can be used. Always searching for something else. I have a hard time getting the walthams in good condition and working. I like to buy movements that were just serviced so there is no issues.
