They only email I got from you was the 25th of October saying that it has been a couple of busy months and apologizing. That you will put me on top. Since then, I have trying to contact you 5 different times with no luck.
I understand that you are super busy, but please after spending quite a bit of money with you on my Explorer II, I would like to have my watch back functioning. I sent it back to you since it was not working after I received it on May 24th 2024. You told me that the tube needed to be changed.
