I received my VSF Yacht-Master about 3 months ago and so far so good, The build quality and the look of it is amazing, Regardless of it being a replica it is still a very well made watch on its own.
My question is about the Bezel on these Yacht-Master replicas, Only after i placed the order did i realize that the bezel on the Gen is made of pure platinum which is a very expensive material, I am now wondering what material VSF is using for the bezel to replicate the look of the Gen and how well it is holding up for those who have had the watch long term, When i get a rep i usually want it to be as close to the Gen as possible which is why i like the Submariner since VSF uses Ceramic just like on the Gen, I usually avoid reps that replicate gold/diamond watches for this exact reason.
