Hi all I just received my first rep the VSF Submariner from Jtime.

27/10 - Contacted Li via Whatsapp
28/10 - Made the payment through Transferwise
30/10 - Received QC photos from Lana , reviewed and gave the GL
31/10 - Watch shipped, shipping info received
9/11 - Received the watch
13 days from first contact to watch in hand (im in Australia), dont think it could have gone smoother, will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Be a bit more patient, since you are in Austria with a much more strict customs so the shipping method and time will be different.

hi Li, thanks for your reply.
I tried to correct the QC on the 6th as I found a scratch in one of the pictures, but Lana said she sent it already on the 6th. I sent several emails asking for the tracking number without success and yesterday, she told me that she did not sent and that is the reason why she don’t have a tracking number yet, because Austria is a tricky country... So it is this back and forwards that I do not appreciate.
If you guys still have the watch with you - then we are still able to review the QC. If you sent already the watch, then you can share the tracking number. The lack of answers is what I do not appreciate.
