Hello, please be assured that I searched this data base prior to posting. I've not found a thread that addresses my problem.
I have a VSF Sub-C from which I removed the bezel in order to change the insert, and now I cannot put the assembly back on the watch.
I removed ti with the small hand-held tool. I see all 4 of the clicker springs, a nylon washer in a groove in the bezel itself, a metal ring that the ceramic insert
lies within, and the ceramic insert itself.
I do also have the double side sticky tape adhesive rings.
I cannot get the assembly back onto the watch, it just won't go back on.
I also hace a Clean Factory GMT that I have traded inserts with no trouble.
Help or advice would be appreciated. George

This is somewhat related to your issue, I have seen a few videos of guys changing the bezel insert without removing the bezel. There’s a chemical/solution that they leave the bezel portion submerged in for at least six hours or so, thereby dissolving the glue that holds the bezel insert onto the bezel itself. Afterwards it is easily removed and the remaining residue cleaned from the bezel which remains attached to the watch. Final step, the replacement bezel insert with fresh adhesive is installed,
