I just received my Sub from Steve at Theonewatches, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment I reached out to him, it only took 6 days to complete the entire process—communicating, sending payment, reviewing the QC, getting shipping details, and finally receiving the watch. I’m genuinely shocked by how fast everything went; I expected a longer timeline, but it turned out to be much quicker than anticipated.
Steve was incredibly helpful throughout, answering all of my questions and offering guidance on a few things I wasn’t sure about. Once I received the QC, I was already impressed with the watch, and it arrived just 4 days later in perfect condition. The packaging was secure, and the watch was exactly as shown in the photos.
I’m extremely happy with both the quality of the watch and the smoothness of the transaction. I’ll definitely be ordering more from Steve in the future!
