Has the VSF Smurf ever been reviewed in RWI? Doesn't seem to be able to locate any via the search engine.
Any member has got hold one of these Smurfs? How is its bulit quality? And how about the accuracy of the blue dial? Does it give the "wet" look as per gen?
Cheers.

I got one from Li a year ago. I love it, but it gets a lot of attention.

The dial is slightly too dark, as is the dial on the new CF. But it’s acceptable. Of the 2 the VSF is better - better cgs, movement, xtal and better made.

The best dial colour for this was Noob, but that was V7 and now long gone.

Not sure what you mean by wet dial - the dial is matt on gen.

I very much doubt this will happen. Yes, the weight of W is close to gold yet it has quite a number of shortfalls though.
It is 19X more expensive than SS. It is almost 2X harder than SS but tends to crack more easily due to its brittle nature. It is a rare metal.
