Just got a VSF PAM1025 delivered, and I was quite amazed at how loud the rotor is!! I mean you can really hear it!

Has anyone experienced this? Not sure if this is a known issue with this model from VSF? Did a search on the forum, but I was not able to dig anything up...otherwise watch looks great!

I am really surprised that you didn't find anything on this as it has been discussed many times I believe, it's a common issue, I think all my Pam reps had this. You can ask a rep friendly watchmaker to silence it or look for info how to do it yourself.

Yes, it's a common issue with VS PAMs using the same movement. A watchsmith can silence it a bit. I got all of mine done.

Thanks! yeah been doing some reading, and it looks like Moebius D5 or HP1300 oil will help to silence it.....obviously would need to open it up and oil the bearings....I wish I had a watch smith close....there used to be a shop, and after many years he closed down....Oh well....otherwise the watch looks freaking awesome!
