Hello guys,

I've just received my new 441 & it looks fantastic. Only real issue is the rotor seems a little noisy is there any way to quieten it down? Also what way should it rotate on my winder? Thanks.

Lubricate rotor bearings and if this doesn't help, replace the rotor bearings. Requires a small watchmaker toolkit to do on your own (with proper oil/spare parts) or you can try to find someone who can do it for you. My 441 with the ST2555 had the same problem btw., it was the noisiest rep I've ever had. One could easily hear the rotor spin 2-3m away!
Since the 441 has an open case back: the winding direction is the one where the rotor doesn't spin easily.

Thanks for the reply, I'll probably take it to a watchmaker & see if a bit of lubricant sorts it out.

I replaced the strap and treated the strap to make it darker. Suits the watch more. Perfect on the mrs' wrist.
