Ok guys so I’ve got the choice of both the VSF or the ORF No Time To Die Seamaster, which one is the best and why?
He's basically saying ORF sucks, VSF God tier
ORF has updated since...maybe?
If you have a choir, VSF 100%
Just a brief summary
In the video the left watch is ORF, The right is VSF.
Strap
ORF - colour and stripe is wrong. The logo on clasp is wrong. the profile of the clasp is wrong. The sewing is wrong. The 007 logo is shallow.
VSF - spot on on all counts when compared to gen.
Case
ORF - thinner crystal. This leads to a bigger gap between crystal and bezel. The bezel also has too much free play. Engraving on the back is wrong. Caseback is so loose it comes out with bare hands. The thin crystal also distorts the rail and markers round the dial, and it looks quite washed out. The lugs and the chamfered profiles are also rough and not close to gen.
VSF - Thicker crystal. Correct gap between crystal and bezel as per gen. Bezel also has satisfying click. Colour is deeper, and because of the way the crystal is domed there is less distortion on the rail and the markers round the dial, and looks much closer to gen. The lugs also have a better finish and correct profiles. Caseback engraving is deeper and clearer.
Bracelet - both are stainless steel. But VSF is more correct colour wise, the logo on the clasp is better, `the links are thinner and more supple and will wrap the wrist far better.
Yep, ORF is far behind in terms of VSF.
Hope this helps.
The vsf strap isn’t quite spot on to gen, the gen is actually a very dark brown and not black as per the vsf. Also the widths of the stripes are off. It’s one of those you can’t unsee. The titanium hardware however is spot on.

You buddy are a legend, thank you so much!
absolute no brainier then, has to be the VSF if I can get my hands on one.
is the VSF V2 or V3 onwards in titanium? I want the dark titanium colour for most accuracy.
So let me get this right, don’t go V2 because it’s chrome steel, go V3 because it’s dark titanium?Correct v2 vsf onwards is titanium. V3 has an updated bezel insert with slightly thicker font and v4 has a better mesh. If it’s a v2 stay well clear as it’s steel.
