My First rep, and decided to have it serviced straight out of the factory as well as a few other bits.
Lucian is very helpful and responds quickly, images are provided of the works carried out, and any findings. Very reasonable and polite, once the job is finished the postage is very prompt.
I had a full service and upgraded the dry pressure test to a wet test for a small charge, rather than the full cost of the wet (in the end, both were carried out). oil bathed the bracelet and removed 6 links at no extra cost. I had the dial swapped for a gen dial, also free as it was completed during the service.
The watch came back looking spot on.
I then decided I wanted the hands swapped for gen as well, as the VSF hands did not glow quite as well as the gen dial I'd had installed. I purchased a set of gen hands and sent it back to Lucian on a Thursday, delivered to him Friday, hands installed and posted back to me, received in my hands on the Saturday, there was obviously a small charge for the hand swap, but couldn't have asked for more when it came to the service and speed.
Will be using in the future and definitely recommend!!!
