VSF DJ order takes too long. What to do?

It's been 39 days and no QC yet. Should I request refund or wait? I complained 1 week ago and they replied VSF watches need longer time to receive.
Some watches simply take longer to acquire. Models that are not the most popular are not produced as regularly as the popular ones.
39 days is not very long to be honest, seen other members here waiting both 3-4-5 months earlier and some even longer.

Yeah I don't mind waiting. But what concerns me is I am watching reptimeQC subreddit for a while, and people getting VSF DateJust QC pictures within 5-10 workdays mostly. It is my first time ordering from Chinese "gray area" market and that makes me nervous.Some watches simply take longer to acquire. I can understand that, it's normal to be a little nervous! Some sellers have their own stock, so they don't have to wait for the factory to release stock. Some sellers also have better relationships with the factories than others, which means they get priority when stock is released. So that might explain why you see others getting QC from different sellers.
And in general, I would think VSF produces quite a few more 41mm models than the 36mm variant.

Update: QC pics finally came. But I had to give red light because of rehaut. Everthing else was perfect to me. For some degree misaligned rehaut is ok. But it was too much that I couldn't unsee.
