The ice blue looks amazing, the VS4131 is very clean and finely polished!

Only the watch head is added weight, the oysterflex version is about 138g and the ss bracelet version is about 164g

PVD coating likely lasts longer than plating which is what they’re using

I have had parts titanium nitrate pvd coated in the past and the color was very off. Wonder what formula they are using to get the color right? I was told you cannot plate the metal if it has pvd coating on it.

Factories often claim to use top-notch techniques, but time is the real test. For example, some Day-Date 40 gold finishes tend to peel over time…

They offer 2 size strap, one long and one short, allowing for three different combinations.

Because the gold color of the genuine piece oxidizes over time, if there’s no genuine one for side-by-side comparison, my choice would be meaningless.
