My VS3235 is still running well with gen pallet fork and escape wheel. Mine does not have the gen balance wheel.
Sorry for the question, what's the benefit of upgrading the escape wheel and pallet fork on the VSF Movement to gen part?
Those parts have been improved by Rolex to make it more efficient. Don't know how much more "efficient" it actually made it but hey
haha, i asked because the gen escape wheel to me look more prone to braking than the VSF one, now if by making it that light/sensitive as it looks in the picture makes it more efficient then I have to start learning :legend:
The gen escape wheel is made of a nickel-phosphorus alloy, which is light but quite resistant at the same time. The weight reduction means that less power is needed to move it, hence a higher efficiency and overall power reserve.

That's what I said..just with less words
I don't think this (escape wheel and pallet fork) is an important or must-have mod. Of course the more rep parts you replace with genuine the higher quality the movement becomes (in theory), but I can't say I notice any difference in performance, accuracy, etc. It already had a gen balance and auto-wind and ran beautifully.
