VS3135 keyless works?

Hello Members,

Does the VS3135 has the same issue as the eta 28xx series?

I was in the process of fitting the stem , pulled it out a few times in the winding position not the stem won’t engage!

Anyone with this issue and how is it resolved?

Is it more complicated than the ETA 2824 keyless?
This guy shows the partial process, I would of love to see it done from the beginning of tearing down the movement, is it only the balance wheel assembly and the bridge to expose those little gears he’s referring too?

Kj2020 may chime in herr with a legendary quick fix. So hold tight.

Sometimes depressing the removal button while reinserting can help but I cannot verify that this is true for the vs3135. It's certainly NOT true for 28xx.

So do your research before attempting to try that.

I ordered a new one , I fudged that one up trying to follow the video instructions ..
