VR3235 Movement, change of date

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask if it is somehow possible to fix this issue that the date jumps exactly at 12oclock. Because it is delayed, round about one minute. Are there any ways?

+5 -5 minutes from midnight is normal. Absolutely nothing wrong with one minute

There is nothing to fix.

You could reseat the minutes hand, but honestly there's no guarantee you're going to get it any closer.
