I originally posted this in the General discussion... Just figured out this would be the best place for Panaristis to see this post.

Hi, just seeing if Panaristis are interested in a PAM case project.
I'm new to the rep world and have fallen in love with the modding of reps.
I've noticed some cases cannot take GEN crystals and it's just plain annoying.
I'm looking for guru modders who are interested in embarking on this journey on this side of the pond (CONUS).
I've been in manufacturing and product design for the last 8 years. I own a Haas Mini Mill and a rapid prototyping machine...
I would like to machine a true 1:1 PAM case (44mm family that utilizes the screw bars, one that is good for many models to build off of).
Everything would be completely threaded it will just need to be hand polished to spec and all of your parts swapped over and be able to accept a GEN crystal.
This concept came to me when I was following Thomas Caddell and his love of Submariners.
I also have the ability to engrave between the case lugs.. but need the expertise of folks in here for the proper font, depth, etc...
Sam
(btw, I'm not limited to machining out PAM cases... after this project I want to knock out some AP cases)
