Wow, I really like the dial in that watch, Enzo! Care to tell the story behind it? What does the K.M. stand for?

The other dials are really cool, too, but I think the Roman Numeral 4 & 8 are a bit too big and unbalance the look of the dial. Although I'm sure those dials were very much function over form back in their day.

No one does vintage like Enzo!

WOW - awesome work as always. I'd buy 50 of your watches if you were a dealer my friend!

Looks great Enzo! [smilie=icon_thumleft.gif]

That issue with the Roman Numerals has been brought up on many boards before. Actually using "IIII" instead of "IV" is an extremely common practice over the years with watch and clock dials.

The Internet is a font of knowledge on the topic

Love the 'speckly' dial mate - almost looks like some 'mini Zimmerit had been applied to the dial :)

As CJ says, verrry creative [smilie=occasion14.gif]

very nice work Enzo :D never thought I'd see such a big KM wristwatches (however there are wall clocks)
as you know most often ww2 Alpina and Hanhart occasionally have the german navy KM markings and a rare find
except on ebay where they sell poor russian copies
