vintage panerai: tiny screws

anybody knows where i can find some screws? i'm talking about the very very small screws that i don't want to loose. i don't know if i have the right english words to explain what i'm talking about :idea: : that's the tiny screw that goes into the end of the 26mm tube on vintage models.

If you still have one take it to a good eyeglass shop and they will have something that will work.
