This is another little project of the REp Panny vintage serries.

3646/Deco Bezel/Rolex movt/brown Luminor Panerai dial/pointed
Rolex hands/Rolex crown/plexiglass front and back

Pls note that the Brevettato engrave been made slighter smaller than the OP words.

These is the verison with the Brown Radiomir Panerai dial

Excellent vintage style. Definitely a much sought after piece Further mods can be done to make it look more vintagy.

Excellent reproduction of the vintage prototype. It looks like only a handful of these were made before Panerai decided to revert back to a standard polished push-on bezel.
