Vintage 201/A ... a declaration of love

Hi everybody,

I really like it simple sometimes...and I love originals...I am impressed when something was designed, lasts a long time and never seems to get boring...furthermore is inspiring for something that comes after it....

One example for me of something described as above is the 201/A...in my opinion a watch does not has to have more than this watch has to offer...simplicity in perfection in telling what time it is...

as I found and finally received the perfect strap today, I had the desire to take some pics...hope you enjoy them!

the strap I got today is a perfect matching dirk vero squalo with an elias buckle...very comfortable to wear and perfect matching with the watch...

I totally agree with you, the 201a is the essence of modern Panerai and it's design is timeless.

Is that the 201a dial from rolli? I received mine yesterday, but still miss most parts to finish the build... can't wait to have mine on the wrist!

It's a vac fgd dial, Kilo. I personally really like it...mainly because it has the right tritium lume and the fonts are sharp and crisp.
