Vintage 1912 Patek Philippe Moon Phase

I was offered USD 4000 to purchase this vintage PP Moon Phase. Movement has been swapped with Swiss ETA. It is a manual winding watch refurbished in 1960. Apparently it has genuine body, frame, jewels, crowns and screws. What do you guys think of it? Worth it or no? Is it a gen ETA?

Doesn't look like a patek piece. Movement looks cheap to even be ETA.
