Felt a bit obliged to write this review as i am facing real odd situation with my latest transaction with Trusty .
The first two deals with Andrew went smooth as butter, fast service, QC , and always promptly responsive. Until my last order for VSF kermit Submariner which i placed 14th of January along with Ceramic daytona CF bezel.
Long story short, from 14th of June up to date watch is not even shipped! (Two Months) for the following reasons :
1- Shipping delays cause of pandemic
2- Customs not accepting shipment at departure
3-Shipment being sent back
4- Will check and update you
Whereas i had orders with another TDs with no issues.
These are responses ive been getting for two months now with no alternative solution.
The only good thing that Andrew responds when you email him , which actually made me wait thus far with a hope.
I have asked to be compensated with another watch or something if there is a problem with this particular shipment, as i heard thats what TDs do. The response i got that i have to wait indefinitely until a revelation of update .
Eventually, i decided to buy the Sub VSF from another seller and CF ceramic which arrived to me 10 days after payment .
I know i am not receiving the watch from trusty and my money is gone. Shame , if i got better treatment I would’ve bought additional watches from Andrew instead i decided to buys from forum items i wanted.
I recall i paid around USD 500 or so for the VSF + CF bezel + 45usd shipment direct from mu credit card , and i got nothing
