Very long wait and unresponsive for update requests

Hi,

I placed my first order with chazingtime on February 16. Until I paid it all went extremely fast and responsive.

Then, I asked for an update on the status of my order on March 1st, when they answered the factory still didn't process the order.

Then I asked again yesterday, March 21 and didn't receive any answer yet.

It's not like I nag every day, is it? Is it so hard to drop a one liner back, even if it's no updates?

Please be so kind to answer after almost 5 weeks since I paid.

I wouldn't worry. My experience is that most of them rarely bother to answer when they have nothing sensible to report back. And that with good reason, they have a lot of buyers. They will reply when they have an answer to give you or when they have time to spare

Sometimes it takes a week to get the watch from the factory, other times it may take months. It is not unusual for you to have to wait a little.

Just to be sure, you used the contact information you found here on the forum when you ordered the watch, correct?
