I'm thinking about buying an omega speedmaster, with this movement:

Someone experience with this movement?

Rock solid movement. Sub dial spacing will be off as well as the 6 o'clock sub dial will not have the same function as the genuine Omega calibre.

Thanks, but what is the difference exactly with the genuine ?

No stopwatch function or so?

Same stopwatch function except for the 6 o'clock subdial as noted above.

The gen uses it as an hour counter once the stopwatch has been engaged I believe. The rep movement uses that dial as a am/pm or 24 hour indicator. So a lot of people freeze it, since the rep follows the hour hand.
